This alloy has a stable face centered cubic structure. The chemical composition and appropriate heat treatment ensure that corrosion resistance is not weakened by sensitization.
Incoloy825 Process Performance and Requirements:
If the heating environment of the alloy contains sulfur, phosphorus, lead, or other low melting point metals, the Nicrofer 6023/6023H alloy will become brittle. Impurities come from marked paint, chalk, lubricating oil, water, fuel, etc. The sulfur content of fuel should be low, such as the impurity content of liquefied gas and natural gas should be less than 0.1%, the sulfur content of city gas should be less than 0.25g/m3, and the sulfur content of petroleum gas should be less than 0.5%, which is ideal.
The suitable hot working temperature for alloys is 1150-900 ℃, and the cooling method can be water quenching or rapid air cooling.
Adopting tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub arc welding, metal electrode inert gas shielded welding, and melting electrode inert gas shielded welding, among which pulse arc welding is the key choice.

(3) The throttle stop vent valve is equipped with a large drain hole at the bottom of the valve, which should be opened if necessary to clean the dirt inside the valve.

(4) The double acting throttling globe valve also has multi-stage throttling function, with a large throttling pressure difference, which can be applied to throttling and shut-off under high pressure.

(7) The valve disc of the valve is equipped with a balance hole, piston type seal, and stable operation under differential pressure conditions for opening/closing. It is easy to open and flexible, with small opening and closing torque.

(8) The throttling cut-off vent valve and the double acting throttling valve have both throttling and shut-off (zero leakage sealing) functions. The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of the seal by the airflow.
