Valve installation and maintenance instructions

1. Before installation, carefully check whether the valve specifications and models match the usage requirements.

2. Check whether the packing is tightly compressed, ensuring the sealing of the packing, but not hindering the rotation or lifting of the valve stem.

3. Valves should not be stored in open areas, but should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. Do not collide or knock during transportation and installation.

4. During installation, it is necessary to check and remove dust and debris from the valve chamber and pipeline to avoid affecting the sealing performance of the valve.

5. During operation, the threaded part of the valve stem should maintain good lubrication performance

Note: For valves that have been stored for a long time and have been installed for 3 months or more, the valve should be pressurized and tested first, and then the valve stem and packing position should be checked for water leakage before installation and use
