Design features

Pneumatic actuator with spring reset, equipped with safety accessories (fusible plugs) at the cylinder position. Its characteristics are: when the valve is in the open position and working normally, if there is an abnormal situation in the surrounding environment, the remote control system can be used to release pressure from the cylinder, urgently and quickly close the valve, and prevent the medium from continuing to flow; Or if the ambient temperature rises to 70 ± 5 ℃ The fusible plug installed at the cylinder melts, the cylinder releases pressure, and the spring pushes the piston downwards, driving the valve stem and valve top downwards, quickly closing the valve, preventing the medium from continuing to flow, and preventing danger from occurring or expanding.
