Product Details

US Inspector Alert V2 Radiation Detector

The Inspector Alert V2 of Internal Medcom, Inc. (IMI) in the United States uses a two inch flat GM detector to measure alpha, beta, gamma, and X-rays. The GM detector is extremely sensitive to general beta and alpha sources.

The US Inspector AlertTM V2 uses a two inch flat GM detector to measure alpha, beta, gamma, and X-rays, which is extremely sensitive to general beta and alpha sources. The digital display is simple and easy to read, and users can choose their own dose rate - μ Sv/hr (microsieverts per hour) or mR/hr (milliradians per hour) and count rate - CPM or CPS (counts per minute and counts per second). The timer function enables the instrument to accurately measure low-level pollution values between 1 minute and 40 hours. When the measurement result reaches a user adjustable level, an audible alarm is triggered.

Characteristics of the US Inspector Alert V2 radiation detector;

a: Rapid alarm, which can quickly alert users to harmful radiation levels

b: Can detect inert gases and low-energy radioactive isotopes

c: Automatic compensation for GM tube non sensing time

d: Even in high radiation areas, it will not block

e: Compliant with CE standards, RoHS certification, and WEEE standards
