2、 Structure and working principle of OA1 wedge shaped spiral grid cleaning machine

The device consists of a circular wedge basket composed of a series of circular ring grids as the grid surface, which is installed in the water channel at a 35 ° angle to the horizontal plane. When sewage flows into the basket from the end of the grid, the filter residue with a large gap is intercepted and deposited on the inner surface of the basket. The toothed scraper is driven by a motor to rotate, scraping the filter residue to the top of the basket and falling by gravity. At the same time, the motor reverses, driving the toothed scraper to reverse, and the intercepted filter residue falls into the slag collection tank through the slag cleaning plate. After being conveyed, squeezed, and dehydrated by the central screw, the filter residue falls into the material box or conveyor through the discharge port for external transportation treatment.
