Product Introduction:
There are four types of hexagonal honeycomb filling materials: polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene propylene copolymer, and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). There are two types of assembly forms: inclined tube and straight tube.
Purpose:
Diagonal pipes are mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. It has been widely used in water supply and drainage engineering in the past decade and has become a water treatment device. It has the advantages of wide applicability, high processing efficiency, and small footprint. Suitable for water inlet sand removal, general industrial and domestic water sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tail tension concentration treatment. It is suitable for both new construction projects and the renovation of existing old tanks, and can achieve good economic benefits.
Straight pipes are mainly used as microbial carriers for high load biofilters, tower biofilters, submerged biofilters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and biofilters for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage.

Characteristics of inclined pipes:
1. The wet area is large and the hydraulic radius is small.
2. The laminar flow state is good, and particle settling is not affected by floc flow interference.
When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons per square meter per hour. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second, and the effluent quality is ******.
4. When using honeycomb inclined pipes at the water intake with a length of 2.0-3.0 meters, they can safely operate and treat high turbidity with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/m3.
5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.
Characteristics of straight pipes:
1. The processing efficiency is higher than that of activated sludge method, with a general hydraulic load of 100-200 m3/m2 · day and an organic load of 2000-5000 g/m3, thus reducing the footprint.
2. The aeration intensity is lower than that of activated sludge method, and there is no need for sludge reflux, which can reduce power consumption and simplify management.
3. The small amount of sludge reduces the workload of post-treatment such as sludge dewatering.
4. The generated sludge has good settling properties, which is beneficial for the removal of suspended solids in the later stage.
5. Strong adaptability, able to adapt to a wide range of different water qualities, with strong tolerance for sudden changes in water quality and quantity, and maintaining stable treatment effects.
