Exhaust gas absorption device
1、 Briefly describe
The CT series exhaust gas absorption device is designed and manufactured by our company based on the production experience of similar products at home and abroad.
This series of equipment has a complete system design, complete supporting equipment, and high purification efficiency. Being in a leading position domestically. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, paint, coating, printing, etc., and can purify all emissions of benzene and other organic waste gases. It can effectively purify the environment, eliminate pollution, improve working conditions, ensure the health of workers, and recycle organic solvents to reduce production costs.
This series of devices has a compact structure, small footprint, simple management and maintenance, and safe operation.
This product has been finalized in four specifications (if it is smaller or larger than this specification, it can be designed separately): CT3000A/B, CT-5000A/B, CT7000A/B, CT9000A/B (with processing air volumes of 3000, 5000, 7000, 9000m3/h respectively), divided into eight types A and B. Type A is a single tank series, suitable for intermittent adsorption and regeneration; Type B is a dual tank series suitable for continuous adsorption and regeneration.
3、 Principle and process flow of adsorption purification
1. Adsorption:
Organic waste gas is filtered to remove solid particulate matter and enters the adsorption tank from top to bottom. Organic matter is captured, adsorbed, and concentrated by activated carbon, and purified air is discharged into the atmosphere through the main fan at the bottom of the tank.
2. Desorption
When the adsorption of organic matter by activated carbon reaches saturation, stop inhaling organic waste gas. Steam is blown upwards through the activated carbon bed to remove organic matter from the activated carbon, i.e. desorption. The activated carbon in the tank is regenerated to restore its activity.
3. Hot air drying and cooling:
After steam desorption, about 80-90% of the steam condensate remains in the activated carbon layer, filling the pores of the activated carbon and reducing its activity. Therefore, hot air is introduced to dry the carbon layer. Then close the steam valve, introduce ambient temperature air, cool to around 25 ℃, and restore the activated carbon to its original state for recycling.
4. Organic solvent recovery:
By utilizing the high dew point temperature of organic solvents, a mixture of steam and organic solvents is introduced into a condenser for condensation. The condensed liquid enters the separator through a drain valve and is separated and recovered by taking advantage of the lighter weight of the solvent compared to water.
5. Condensed water purification:
To ensure the cleanliness of the condensed water and avoid the discharge of organic solvents into the water, compressed air is introduced into the separated water in the separator to fully release the organic solvents in the water. The air containing organic matter expelled by compressed air is returned to the exhaust gas system and re adsorbed. The purified condensed water is discharged into the sewer.
6. Continuous adsorption measures:
In a continuous production factory, the adsorption system also needs to work continuously accordingly. In the design of the exhaust gas purification system, the dual tank series can be selected for alternating continuous use of adsorption and regeneration.
7. Regeneration cycle:
The regeneration cycle should be determined based on the concentration of harmful gases in the purified exhaust gas. When the concentration of harmful gases approaches the excessive value, adsorption should be stopped and regeneration should be carried out. During the initial working stage of the system, it is necessary to timely measure the concentration of harmful gases at the exhaust outlet in order to grasp the reasonable adsorption and regeneration cycle.

The equipment itself includes a body, a filling layer, a defogging layer, a circulating sprinkler pipeline, and a circulating water tank.
2、 Scope of application:
Electronic industry, semiconductor manufacturing industry, PCB manufacturing industry, LCD manufacturing industry, steel and metal industry, electroplating and metal surface treatment industry, acid washing process, dyes, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, deodorization, removal of combustion exhaust gas SO and treatment of other water-soluble air pollutants
3、 Introduction to Exhaust Gas Washing Process:
The basic principle is to use the contact between gas and liquid to transfer pollutants from the gas to the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the contaminated liquid to achieve the goal of clean air.
After the particulate pollutants in the airflow come into contact with the washing solution, droplets or liquid films diffuse and attach to the particles in the airflow, or humidify the particles, allowing them to achieve separation and removal through the effects of gravity, inertia, and other forces. Gaseous pollutants are transported into the washing liquid through phenomena such as turbulence, molecular diffusion, and chemical reactions to achieve separation from the incoming gas. And chemical substances can be added to the washing solution to control the presence of odorous substances through absorption.
The exhaust gas is treated through a packed scrubbing tower using gas-liquid reverse absorption method, where the liquid is sprayed downwards from the top of the tower in the form of mist (or small water droplets). The exhaust gas is transported from the bottom of the tower (reverse flow) to achieve gas-liquid contact. This processing method can cool the exhaust gas temperature, regulate the gas, and remove particles. After undergoing defogging treatment (MIST ELIMINATOR), it is discharged into the atmosphere.
scope of application
CT series waste gas purification towers are widely used in the tail gas, waste gas, tail gas (such as hydrogen fluoride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, various acid mist, etc.), washing, spraying, water washing, absorption, neutralization, foam, drying, degumming, demisting, treatment, purification towers and other purification systems in the production process of chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and other industries. 2、 Working principle
The activated carbon fiber treatment and recovery device for organic waste gas utilizes the advantages of efficient adsorbent material - activated carbon fiber (ACF) - with strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption speed to purify the air and recover organic solvents. YJT activated carbon fiber treatment of organic waste gas is divided into inlet, carbon fiber filtration, and outlet sections. The organic waste gas enters the box through the inlet, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the ventilation fan. The carbon fiber saturated by adsorption can be regenerated, and the regenerated carbon fiber can be reused. If the organic gas is not recovered and only treated, this device can use low-cost activated carbon as the adsorbent material to treat the exhaust gas according to specific conditions.
3、 Structure and Characteristics
This complete set of equipment mainly consists of: fan, gas filter, activated carbon (or fiber) adsorption tower. For gas recovery, a condenser and separator are also required. For carbon fiber regeneration, steam and hot air stove are also required. During desorption, water vapor is used to achieve the desorption of organic gases from carbon fibers. The desorbed solvent and water vapor are condensed in a condenser and separated by a separator to obtain pure solvent. The activated carbon fibers in the detached filter cartridge must be dried with hot air before they can be reused.
The characteristics of this complete set of equipment are:
(1) The organic solvent recovery rate is high, and through reasonable design and adjustment of switching time, the solvent recovery rate can be above 95%;
(2) The stability of the solvent during recycling is good, with minimal decomposition;
(3) Widely applicable to low concentration solvents, polymeric monomers, and high boiling point solvents;
(4) The device is small in size, easy to operate and maintain;
