1、 System Overview

The TK-1200 factory boundary/plant gaseous pollutant online monitoring system is completely independently developed, with performance indicators reaching and exceeding the level, ultra-high system stability and safety reliability, real-time and accurate measurement results, and low maintenance and operating costs. Meet the monitoring requirements of national and industry standards for air pollutants in the factory area, factory boundary, and surrounding areas.

(1) Raw material loading and unloading, storage, transportation, and preparation system

a. For coal unloading by trains or cars, the overturning machine room or coal unloading ditch should be enclosed or semi enclosed, and dust suppression measures such as spraying should be taken;

b. The coal storage yard should adopt fully enclosed types such as silos, strips or circles, and the ground of the yard should be hardened and equipped with automatic sprinkler devices;

c. The roads in the factory area and the connecting lines with the main roads, as well as the coal transportation lines, should be hardened and regularly mechanically cleaned and watered every day to maintain cleanliness;

d. Coal conveying systems such as conveyor belts, overpasses, and transfer stations, as well as coal making systems such as crushers and mills, should be enclosed and equipped with dust removal facilities;

e. The export of raw material storage yards (coal storage yards, lime yards, etc.) should be equipped with wheel and vehicle cleaning devices (which can meet the needs of winter operation);

f. The loading, unloading, storage, transportation, preparation and other processes of other granular or powdery materials should be sealed and equipped with dust removal facilities; If it cannot be sealed, other control measures can be taken with the approval of the ecological environment management department.

(2) By product storage and transportation system

a. The temporary storage of ash and slag in the factory should adopt a closed type of ash silo and slag warehouse, and be equipped with dust removal facilities; The ash unloading facilities of the ash silo shall be equipped with dry ash humidity and dust control systems such as spray or fully enclosed space; Fly ash transportation should be carried out using tank trucks or enclosed transport vehicles;

b. When stacking ash in the dry ash yard, water should be sprayed and compacted. The wet ash yard should maintain a water seal on the ash surface;

c. The roads for transporting fly ash should be hardened and seamlessly connected to the hardened national, provincial, or county roads.

(3) Production process equipment, exhaust gas collection systems, and pollution control facilities should operate synchronously
