Moreover, due to the fact that the amount of quicklime injected into the desulfurization tower is based on the calculation of the sulfur dioxide content in the flue gas, the calculation of the sulfur dioxide content is inaccurate during the blowing of the sampling pipeline in the flue gas online monitoring system, and the amount of quicklime is also incorrect, which greatly affects the actual desulfurization rate. In practical work, in order to obtain accurate desulfurization rate, it is necessary to exit the automatic setting of hydrated lime before blowing the sampling pipeline of the flue gas online monitoring system. However, due to the blowing frequency of the sampling pipeline in the online smoke monitoring system being once every two hours, it is necessary to frequently exit the automatic operation of the hydrated lime setting.
The developed flue gas online monitoring system includes a PLC control interface. When blowing the sampling pipeline, the blowing instruction is sent to the controller, and the instruction is introduced into the distributed control system in the centralized control room to achieve the goal of data self preservation in the distributed control logic loop, effectively solving this problem.
Install a buffer bottle, and the flue gas first enters the buffer bottle. The hot flue gas can condense a part of the moisture when it is suddenly cooled. The decrease in flue gas humidity can greatly reduce the number of silica gel replacements in the drying bottle and solve the problem of silica gel bursting and blocking the gas path when the flue gas temperature is too high.
