The tube heating furnace is made of stainless steel sheet (surface pattern) pressed into two semicircles, and two semicircle barrels are assembled at both ends with cast iron chrome plated end capsThen connect one side of the two semi-circular drum furnace bodies with a stainless steel hinge, and install the other side with an imported stainless steel buckle to form the furnace body. Outside the furnace bodyThe opening and closing parts are equipped with stainless steel handles, making it convenient for users to freely open or close the two half furnaces. Silicon carbide furnace tiles with alloy resistance wires and filled with high-temperature resistant thermal insulation materials, as well as ceramic fiber insulation materials, are installed in the furnace. The outer shell is equipped with a junction box for power connection (there are two connection methods between the two half circular furnaces: parallel and series) and a fixed tripod for the furnace body.

Tube heating furnaces are suitable for research institutes (institutes) and refining production units in petrochemical refineries, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, delayed coking, catalytic reforming, aromatic hydrocarbon separation, hydrorefining, alkylation, gas fractionation, asphalt production, hydrogen production, desulfurization, sulfur production, etc. Some refineries also have oil tube heating devices for solvent deasphalting, solvent dewaxing, paraffin forming, solvent refining, lubricating oil hydrorefining, and clay refining.

When placing an order, please provide attached drawings to indicate the requirements, including the outer diameter of the heating furnace reactor, the outer diameter of the furnace body, the length of the furnace body, the number of heating sections and the installation position of the bracket, as well as the voltage, power, and quantity of each section.
