working principle
Organic solvent wastewater treatment equipmentFirstly, pretreatment of organic solvent wastewater is carried out to remove suspended impurities and adjust pH value through filtration, neutralization, and other methods, laying the foundation for subsequent treatment. The pre treated wastewater enters the evaporation system, and under specific temperature and vacuum conditions, the difference in boiling points between organic solvents and water is utilized to evaporate the organic solvents and water successively. The steam generated by evaporation enters the condensation system and forms a liquid state after condensation. Organic solvents can be separated and recovered, while water enters the subsequent deep processing unit. The advanced processing unit adopts filtration, adsorption and other technologies to further remove trace organic matter and impurities in water, so that the treated water meets the discharge standards or reuse requirements.

Organic solvent wastewater treatment project of a certain chemical enterprise: The enterprise generates 60m ³ of organic solvent wastewater per day, mainly containing ethanol, ethyl acetate and other components with high concentration.
