The activated carbon bed made using activated carbon as an adsorbent material has a wide range of applications in the treatment of industrial organic waste gas, odorous waste gas, etc. It has the advantages of low initial investment cost, simple equipment structure, and good purification effect. Activated carbon adsorption+catalytic oxidation technology (CO) desorption and regeneration technology is developed on the basis of a single activated carbon adsorption bed, and integrates an organic waste gas purification treatment system with activated carbon regeneration device, organic waste gas thermal oxidation and heat energy reuse, multi-channel safety detection and automatic control.

Designed based on the two basic principles of adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), it adopts dual gas path continuous operation, with one catalytic combustion chamber and two or more adsorption beds alternately used. Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed onto activated carbon, and when it reaches saturation, the adsorption is stopped. Then, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon using a hot gas flow to regenerate the activated carbon; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then discharged. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000Pm or above, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic combustion device without external heating. Part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, while the majority is sent to the adsorption bed for activated carbon regeneration. This can meet the heat energy requirements for combustion and adsorption, achieving the goal of energy conservation. After regeneration, it can enter the next adsorption; During desorption, purification can be carried out using another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous and intermittent operations.

Adsorption process: Organic waste gas is first pretreated by a two-stage bag filter under the action of an induced draft fan to remove dust particles and debris, and then purified by adsorption through an activated carbon adsorption unit to meet emission requirements.

Desorption process: Stop adsorption when the activated carbon adsorption bed is almost saturated, and then use a hot gas flow to desorb organic matter from the activated carbon to regenerate it.

Catalytic combustion method: It uses a catalyst as an intermediate to convert organic gases into harmless water and carbon dioxide gases at lower temperatures, namely:
