Product Details

An oxidation furnace is a device used for high-temperature oxidation of metal materials. Its principle is to react metal materials with oxygen at high temperatures to achieve oxidation. In the design and selection of oxidation furnaces, factors such as material oxidation resistance, temperature, and atmosphere control need to be considered. Different atmospheric conditions (such as oxygen content, gas type, etc.) also have an impact on the rate of oxidation reaction and product formation, and need to be adjusted according to the specific material conditions.


Oxygen supply is a crucial part of oxidation technology. In order to ensure that the oxidized metal in the furnace can be fully oxidized, it is necessary to control the oxygen concentration in practical engineering to not be too low. Therefore, an oxygen monitoring system is needed to monitor the oxygen concentration in the furnace in real-time online.


However, due to the high temperature inside the furnace, it is necessary to customize a pre-treatment unit to cool down, remove dust, and dehumidify the high-temperature sample gas inside the furnace. The GY8700 series oxygen monitoring system is specially customized for this operating condition.

At the same time, it has 4-20mA, RS485 signal output or wireless data remote transmission, adopts LCDTFT high-definition LCD display screen, and can also be linked to equipment such as oxygen top blown converter in the factory for use. When the oxygen concentration is too low, an alarm will be triggered immediately, and the linkage equipment will be activated to deliver oxygen into the furnace.
