Overview
The phenol unit oxygen online monitoring system TK-1100 is an honor product of our company. This system includes three main parts: pretreatment system, gas analyzer, and data processing and display. The sampling method of this system is in-situ high-temperature tracing extraction. The basic principle of this system is based on ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technology and tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology

(5) Inspection of various components of the analyzer host:

Gas analyzer (UV flue gas analyzer): Check parameter settings, alarm prompts, and read the gas analyzer.

Sampling pump (vacuum pump): Start the sampling pump, check if the motor is running normally, and test the flow rate of the sampling pump.

Compressor dual channel cooler (condenser): Check if the temperature display is normal, if the conduit is loose, if there is fluid accumulation, and if the peristaltic pump is running normally.

(6) Pitot tube: Check if the temperature transmitter, pressure sensor, and flow rate are normal.

(7) Instrument calibration: The zero point and span (range) of the particulate matter CEMS monitor should be calibrated with a calibration tool at least once every three months; CEMS for gaseous pollutants shall calibrate the zero and range gases at least once every fifteen days to one month; The flow rate CEMS should calibrate the zero point and range at least once every three months. Calibration should be carried out according to standard procedures, and the calibration content should be recorded and archived.

(8) Air compressor (reverse blowing air source): Check the pressure of the air compressor, generally requiring a pressure of six to eight kilograms, and regularly drain the condensed water from the air compressor.

7. If any abnormal equipment is found during on-site inspection, it should be promptly eliminated. If it cannot be solved on site, the technical department should be notified immediately for timely handling. For some easily solvable faults, such as electromagnetic valve control failure, sampling pump membrane cracking and gas path blockage, data instrument crash, etc., targeted maintenance can be carried out on site. The maintenance time for faults should not exceed eight hours. For instrument faults that are difficult to diagnose and repair, if they are not easy to eliminate within 72 hours, they should be reported to the relevant environmental protection departments (such as environmental monitoring stations) in a timely manner, and the company should be applied for the use of backup equipment.

8. Wear safety helmets, safety belts, and gloves when inspecting equipment on high-altitude platforms, and take necessary safety protection measures.

9. Strictly follow the HJ/T 75-2007 (Management Requirements and Quality Assurance for CEMS Daily Operation of Fixed Pollution Source Smoke) regulations for inspection, maintenance, and calibration.

10. If the smoke CEMS online monitoring equipment needs to be stopped, dismantled or replaced, it should be reported to the relevant environmental protection department for approval.

11. For maintenance items not mentioned, follow the requirements of the relevant instrument manual for instrument maintenance and regular replacement of consumables.
