Product features of PBG series shielded pipeline pump
1. The pump has a compact structure, integrated with the machine and pump, and a small volume. Its vertical structure has a small installation footprint, smooth operation, and no need for adjustment during installation.
2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flanges of the same specifications and located on the same centerline. They can be directly installed on the pipeline like valves, with a low center for easy pipeline layout and installation.
3. The pump is coaxial with the motor, with a short axial dimension, making the pump run more smoothly and with low noise.
4. Cancelling the traditional shaft seal method avoids the leakage of the conveying medium, thus having the significant feature of completely no leakage.
5. Replace conventional motor rolling bearings with sliding bearings to ensure smooth operation and extremely low vibration noise of the pump.
6. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the connecting nut to extract all rotor components for inspection and maintenance.
7. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

The medium is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a temperature not exceeding 80c. Especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for vibration and noise, such as underground pump rooms, air conditioning refrigeration systems, etc.
PBG shielded pipeline pump hot water type is mainly used for conveying soft water with a temperature not exceeding 160c and no solid particles. It is suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, bathrooms, boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation, and urban heating system circulation.
3. PBG shielded pipeline pump anti-corrosion type is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
