PET bottle crusher

The plastic crusher is driven by an electric motor to rotate the moving blade disc at high speed. During the high-speed rotation of the moving blade, it forms a trend of relative motion with the fixed blade. The gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade creates a cutting edge for material crushing and shearing, thereby crushing large pieces of material. The crushed material is filtered and outputted through a sieve to determine its size.

Before use
1. Before starting, the transmission wheel should be manually moved one or two turns to confirm its flexibility before starting the machine. The material can only be fed after the crusher is running normally.
2. Before stopping the operation, the feeding should be stopped and the materials in the machine should be drained before cutting off the power supply of the motor.
3. During operation, it is important to pay attention to the temperature of the bearings, maintain good lubrication, and check for any abnormalities in the sound and vibration. If any abnormalities are found, the vehicle should be stopped to check if it is stuck by non fragile objects or if the components are damaged.
4. To maintain uniform feeding of the crusher, prevent overload, and strictly prevent objects such as metal and wood that cannot be broken from falling into the machine.
5. Check if the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, the cause should be identified (such as large gaps in the sieve, wide discharge ports, hammer wear, etc.), and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate them.
6. When the PET bottle crusher is stopped, it is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the degree of wear on the easily worn parts.
7. Worn parts should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
8. The safety device of the PET bottle crusher should be kept in good condition and must not be invalidated for the sake of convenience.
After powering on
1. The PET bottle crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for long-term operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; If a plastic crusher is required for mobile operation, the unit should be installed on a machine base made of angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the belt pulley groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane.
2. After the installation of the PET bottle crusher, it is necessary to check the fastening of all fasteners and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.
3. Before starting the PET bottle crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammers, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good.
4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in order to prevent the crushing chamber from malfunctioning due to too high a speed, or the crusher's working efficiency from being affected by too low a speed.
5. After starting the PET bottle crusher, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work, and ensure even feeding to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; Secondly, do not overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.
