Product Introduction of PF Strong Centrifugal Pump
PF (FS) type chemical centrifugal pump, its pump body, pump cover, impeller, and parts in contact with the conveying medium are all made of polyvinylidene fluoride or reinforced polypropylene by compression molding or injection molding. Polyvinylidene fluoride plastic equipment has good performance and is one of the widely used engineering plastics.
The PF (FS) chemical centrifugal pump is capable of transporting various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkaline solution, solvent, oxidant and other chemical media under temperature conditions of -50 ℃ to 80 ℃. It is an energy-saving pump for transporting corrosive media without particles in industrial sectors such as chemical, chlor alkali, fertilizer, dye, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection.
Structural Description
The PF (FS) series chemical centrifugal pump is a direct coupled structure, which is connected to the motor flange by the pump body and bracket. The bracket supports the pump body, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor through a shaft. The characteristics of this series of pumps are simple and compact structure, few parts, and good performance.
The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor direction, and the pump outlet is vertically upward.
The pump is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) bellows and an external mechanical seal.
