1) In use, we have noticed that when selecting equipment, we often choose smaller specifications and filter speeds that are above the upper limit, with some reaching 2.5m/s. For such high filter speeds, the unit dust capacity of the filter bag is severely overloaded, affecting the suction volume of the dust collection point, causing dust phenomena or frequent dust cleaning, and increasing system failures. It is recommended to choose a wind speed of<2m/s and a wind speed of<1.5m/s when the concentration is high.
2) When the tension of the filter bag is not suitable for the vibration cleaning of a single dust collector, the filter bag vibrates at a certain frequency and amplitude through the operation of the vibration mechanism to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. The tension level of the filter bag directly affects the effectiveness of dust cleaning and the lifespan of the filter bag. The filter bag is installed too tightly, and the vibration cleaning effect is good, but the filter bag is easily damaged under high tension. If the filter bag is installed loosely and cannot achieve the designed amplitude, the cleaning effect will be greatly reduced. When the general equipment leaves the factory, the manufacturer adjusts the tightness of the filter bag, but during use, appropriate adjustments should be made according to changes in the length of the filter bag to ensure an amplitude of 2-3cm.
3) The installation quality of the shaking mechanism for a single dust collector often results in the output axis of the reducer and the axis of the vibration shaft not being parallel during installation or operation, causing pressure buildup and exceeding the adjustment range of the ball bearing, resulting in damage to the entire shaking mechanism. Therefore, during assembly or before starting the equipment, it is necessary to strictly check the assembly quality. The motor can be manually turned and operated normally before being powered on for testing.
