PPC type pneumatic pulse dust collector

The PPC (FMQDIII) type air box pulse bag filter is a high-efficiency bag filter with advanced level in the 1990s.

The PPC air box pulse bag dust collector combines the advantages of various bag dust collectors such as chamber back blowing and jet pulse dust cleaning, and overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient chamber back blowing dust cleaning intensity and simultaneous jet pulse dust cleaning and filtration, thus expanding the application range of this dust collector. Due to the unique structure of this type of dust collector, the dust collection efficiency is improved and the service life of the filter bag is extended. This series of products is widely used for dust collection in systems such as crushing and packaging warehouses, clinker cooling machines, and grinding machines in cement plants, as well as for dust collection and material recovery in waste gases from metallurgy, chemical, food, grain, electricity, and civil boilers. The filter material of this dust collector is generally made of polyester needle punched felt when the operating temperature is less than 120 ℃. If the temperature reaches 210 ℃, high-temperature resistant needle punched felt is used, but this filter material is expensive.

The PPC type pneumatic pulse bag filter is divided into 33 specifications, including outdoor types with different chamber numbers and bag numbers per chamber. Each room has four types of bags: 32, 64, 96, and 128. The length of the dust removal filter bag is available in two types: 2450mm and 3060mm. This bag filter can operate under negative or positive pressure, and its dust collection efficiency can reach 99.9%. If the outdoor temperature is low, insulation devices need to be added.
