Steel lined plastic vertical storage tank, also known as tortoise shell lined storage tank (tortoise shell lining - steel, mesh, plastic three in one) is the essence of steel plastic composite products. It adopts a special rotational molding process. It is a process of welding steel mesh (turtle shell) onto the surface of steel body, using pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) as raw material, and organically combining steel plate, steel mesh (turtle shell) and polyethylene through rotational molding technology. Polyethylene firmly adheres to the surface of the steel body. The product has the advantages of no welding seam, no leakage, non-toxic, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and compliance with health standards. It makes up for the shortcomings of poor rigidity and strength, non pressure resistance, and temperature difference resistance of all plastic rotational molding storage tanks. The inner lining surface of the product is flat, smooth, and sturdy. Compared with traditional steel lined plastic plate storage tanks, steel lined rubber storage tanks, and steel lined fiberglass storage tanks, it has better corrosion resistance, no leakage, no peeling, wear resistance, can withstand certain pressure, can withstand higher temperatures, and has a longer service life. Its price is lower than traditional storage tanks of the same specifications, making it an ideal container for storing corrosive liquids. Therefore, it is an extremely excellent corrosion-resistant storage tank.
