PTFE bellows compensator (also known as expansion joint) is used to compensate for the displacement and installation deviation of thermal expansion and contraction in pipeline systems with highly corrosive media, reducing the vibration of the pipeline system.

Basic parameters:

① Nominal pressure MPa:- 0.01- 0.05, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.6, 1;
② The nominal diameter and compensation amount are shown in the table below;
③ The working temperature is -50~150 ℃. When it exceeds 150 ℃, it shall be resolved through agreement between the supply and demand parties.
　
Other instructions:

① Uninstalled compensators should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to prevent corrosion of flanges and regulating rods from sunlight, rain, and harmful gases.
② If square or oval PTFE compensators are required, our company will design and manufacture them according to customer requirements.
③ All products manufactured by our company come with installation guides, and it is essential to follow the instructions for installation.
