PTFE lined rubber joint

The application of PTFE lined rubber joints has increased to meet the needs of chemical pipelines. In the previous use of rubber joints, the introduction of some corrosive media often made the rubber joints unable to withstand corrosion and reduced their performance.

PTFE lined rubber joints are mainly used in pipelines with strong acid, strong alkali, and strong high temperature media. Their characteristics are superior to ordinary rubber joints. The characteristic of PTFE is that it has a slightly poorer ability to withstand negative pressure. Compared with fluororubber joints alone, PTFE lined rubber joints have lower costs and are easily accepted by customers, which can meet the needs of most customers who need strong acid and strong alkali resistant rubber joints.
