Introduction to tensile and wear-resistant drum cable:

Tensile and wear-resistant drum cables are used in slag/garbage cranes, spring coiling machines, motion carts, cranes, hoists, grab bucket machines, overhead cranes, bucket wheel machines, transportation machinery and conveyors, and port machinery. The drum cable is guided by a drag shaft or other similar device for expansion and contraction. Rolled cables can be installed indoors in dry or humid environments or in humid industrial environments, and can also be used for outdoor installation.

The outer sheath of the tensile and wear-resistant drum cable is made of nitrile rubber or imported TPU/PUR polyurethane material, which has the ability to withstand mechanical loads with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, softness, oil resistance, tensile strength, cold resistance, halogen-free, and tensile strength. The service life is three times that of ordinary rubber sheathed cables.

Conductor: Made of multi strand flexible oxygen free copper wire in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 grade 5

Insulation: Special PVC/NBR composite material for special winding cables

Color: Colored core or coded core grounding yellow green core wire

Tensile strength: special high-quality aviation steel wire (can be added)

Anti torsion: Imported Kevlar aramid fiber

Inner sheath: High strength nitrile rubber for special winding cables (can be added)

Outer protective sheath: High strength nitrile rubber/imported TPU/PUR polyurethane material for special winding cables
