Pall ringFiller is a new type of filler designed to improve the defects of traditional Rascal ring fillers. Its core feature is the opening of eight layers of rectangular window holes on the ring wall, and the bending of the window blades towards the center of the ring with staggered overlapping up and down. This structure significantly improves the gas-liquid distribution performance, making the utilization rate of the inner surface area better than that of Rascal rings.

It is made by opening eight rectangular small windows on the wall of a regular Rascal ring, with the blades of the small windows overlapping at the center of the ring, and the positions of the upper and lower windows overlapping each other. The main difference between it and Raschig ring packing is that it has rectangular windows on the side walls, and the window blades of the windows are bent into the center of the ring.
