2. The inlet pipeline should be sealed reliably and must have dedicated support. It cannot be hung on the water pump. The inlet pipe equipped with a bottom valve should be installed as perpendicular to the horizontal plane as possible, and the angle between the axis of the bottom valve and the horizontal plane should not be less than 45 degrees. When the water source is a channel, the bottom valve should be higher than the water bottom by more than 0.50 meters, and a mesh should be added to prevent debris from entering the pump.
3. The base of the machine and pump should be level, and the connection with the foundation should be firm. When the machine and pump are driven by belts, the tight edge of the belt should be at the bottom, which increases the transmission efficiency. The direction of rotation of the water pump impeller should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow; When using coupling transmission, the machine and pump must be coaxial.

Before operating the submersible aerator, use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground, which should not be lower than 1 megohm.
2. The power supply voltage must be within the range of ± 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate, and the increase in power supply voltage is not allowed to exceed 10% of the rated voltage. If the power supply is far away from the place where the submersible aerator is used, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be thickened, and the joints should be as few as possible, otherwise the voltage will drop too much, and the joints should be sealed and waterproof.
In a four core cable, the ground wire is usually a yellow green wire. To ensure safety, the ground wire must be firmly connected and 50mm longer than other wires.
4. Check the rotation direction of the impeller
The submersible aerator using three-phase power supply should be checked for rotation direction after initial start-up or each reinstallation. Incorrect movement direction can reduce efficiency and damage the water pump.
The inspection method is that before the final installation of the submersible aerator, it should be lifted high and simply started. Looking up at the suction port of the submersible aerator from the bottom, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise. If several submersible aerators are connected to a controller, each submersible aerator must be inspected separately. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the position of any two of the three-phase wires on the controller can be exchanged to change the rotation direction.

1. If there is any minor malfunction with the water pump, remember not to let it work. If the packing of the water pump shaft is worn out, it should be added in a timely manner. Continuing to use the water pump will cause air leakage. The direct impact of this is an increase in motor energy consumption, which can damage the impeller.
2. If the water pump experiences strong vibrations during use, it is necessary to stop and check the cause, otherwise it will also cause damage to the water pump.
3. When the bottom valve of the water pump leaks, some people will fill dry soil into the inlet pipe of the water pump and flush water to the bottom valve, which is not advisable. Because when dry soil is placed into the inlet pipe and the water pump starts working, it will enter the pump and damage the impeller and bearings, which shortens the service life of the water pump. When the bottom valve leaks, it must be taken for repair. If it is serious, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
4. After using the water pump, it is necessary to pay attention to maintenance. For example, when the water pump is used up, the water in the pump should be drained, and the water pipe can be removed and rinsed with clean water.
5. The tape on the water pump should also be removed, washed clean with water, and dried in a well lit place. Do not place the tape in a dark and damp place. The tape of the water pump must not be stained with oil, and do not apply any sticky substances on the tape.
Carefully check whether there are cracks on the impeller and whether there is any looseness in the impeller fixed on the bearing. If there are cracks or looseness, they should be repaired in a timely manner. If there is soil on the impeller of the water pump, it should also be cleaned up. Unable to start, first check the power supply situation: whether the connector is securely connected; Is the switch contact tight; Is the fuse blown; Whether the three-phase power supply is equal or not. If there is a circuit break, poor contact, blown fuse, or phase loss, the cause should be identified and repaired in a timely manner. Next, check if it is a mechanical failure of the water pump itself.
