Overview
Photolysis oxidation deodorization purifier emits volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which are common pollutants in the air and have high toxicity. Photocatalytic air purifiers can decompose VOCs into harmless substances through photocatalytic reactions, effectively reducing indoor air pollution.
Product Details

Photolysis oxidation deodorization purifierAfter entering the integrated equipment, the exhaust gas and odorous gas are irradiated by UV light waves in the UV beam area, instantly generating photolysis reactions, opening the chemical bonds between the exhaust gas and odorous pollutant molecules, and destroying their molecular structures and nucleic acids; Using ultraviolet light waves to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, also known as reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone, which oxidizes pollutants in a free state into small molecule harmless or low-risk compounds. The exhaust gas and odorous gas pass through the plasma electric field area, and within the nanosecond time range, the plasma fiercely bombards the pollutant molecules such as exhaust gas and odorous gas, producing fission and decomposition while producing a large amount of mixed gases such as ozone, atomic oxygen, and ecological oxygen, and carrying out a series of complex differentiation, decomposition, and oxidation-reduction reactions;

Photolysis oxidation deodorization purifierIt is a fixed fully enclosed box structure consisting of a device housing, ultraviolet lamps, catalysts, and electrical control parts. The exhaust gas is transported to the device through a fan, and under the action of strong oxidizing substances (ozone), ultraviolet rays, and catalysts generated by the device, it is rapidly cracked, oxidized, and degraded into low molecular weight compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, achieving standard emissions.

The structure of a photo oxygen purifier consists of a housing, ultraviolet lamp tube, filter screen, ballast, and electrical control box. The photocatalytic oxidation air purifier is generally installed in front of the fan, and uses the negative pressure generated by the fan to suck the odorous gas into the photocatalytic air purification equipment. The purification equipment uses high-energy C-wave beams and ozone to synergistically decompose and oxidize the odorous gas, so that the odorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.

Photolysis process: The air purifier is equipped with photocatalyst materials inside, usually using (TiO2) as the main catalyst. When light shines on the surface of the catalyst, the catalyst absorbs light energy and forms electron hole pairs. Among them, electrons and holes have high activity.
