1. Pilot controlled structureThe design adopts a pilot valve to control the action of the main valve, and uses a small flow pilot valve to drive the piston to adjust the overcurrent area of the main valve throttling part, achieving precise adjustment and dynamic balance of the outlet flow. Compared to conventional throttle valves that use orifice plates or purely mechanical methods to reduce the drainage area, the use of related pilot valves can minimize energy loss during the throttling process.

Self control without the need for external energyDriven by the pressure of the medium itself, without the need for electricity or control systems, the main valve opening is controlled and regulated through hydraulic automatic operation to maintain a constant flow rate through the main valve. 3. High precision flow controlBy rotating the adjustment screw, the outlet flow rate can be continuously adjusted with high precision. When the inlet pressure varies between 0.8 times the nominal pressure and one time the nominal pressure, the deviation of the outlet flow rate change is ≤ ± 8% -12% of the set value, with high control sensitivity and easy debugging.
4. High quality ductile iron materialThe valve body is made of ductile iron material, which has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and disc are made of copper alloy, the sealing ring is made of nitrile rubber, the valve stem is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and the spring is made of 50CrVA. working principle
When the valve supplies water from the inlet end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and flows out of the main valve control chamber to the outlet through the pilot valve and ball valve. At this time, the main valve is in a fully open or floating state. The flow control valve on the upper part of the main valve can be set to a certain opening degree. By adjusting the needle valve opening and the pressure of the pilot valve spring, the main valve opening can be kept at the set opening, and the pilot valve will automatically adjust when the pressure changes to maintain the same flow rate.
