The GZW-1 series of explosion-proof pipeline flame arresters is a new type of combustible gas pipeline flame arrester, which is an updated product.

The flame arrester has been jointly tested by the University of Science and Technology of China and the Tianjin Fire Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, and its performance fully complies with the provisions of GB 13 347-92 (Fire Arrest Performance and Test Methods for Petroleum Gas Pipeline Flame Arresters). The flame arrester structure is reasonable, and the flame retardant layer is made of various materials such as stainless steel, which can meet the needs of different process pipelines.

Main performance

1. The flame arrester underwent 13 consecutive subsonic flame tests and was able to prevent the flame from passing through each time.

2. There is no leakage in the water pressure test at 2.4 MPa.

Hydraulic safety valve

The hydraulic safety valve is installed on the top of the oil tank and used in conjunction with the breathing valve to provide safety in the event of a failure of the breathing valve.
