Pipeline type electric condensate water recovery deviceIt is a new type of condensate water conveying device with a simple structure, which does not require a motor as power for automatic start stop. It operates reliably and is easy to use and maintain. The water tank is used for separating steam and water, storing a portion of the condensed water, and delivering the condensed water to the pressurization chamber. The pressurization chamber is equipped with a side mounted liquid level control display. When the liquid level reaches the high point of the controller, the intake valve opens, followed by the exhaust valve closing, pressurized gas enters, and condensed water is discharged under pressure through the check valve. Compared with conventional condensate recovery devices powered by water pumps, it has lower operating costs and better energy-saving effects.
1. The condensate automatic booster has no pump or motor, and is powered by steam or compressed air to automatically recover condensate. The condensate automatic booster has a small volume and can be dispersed or concentrated on the wall or pit. It has a small amount of civil engineering, simple structure, easy installation, and easy maintenance.
2. The condensate automatic booster can pressurize non corrosive clean liquids from 0 ℃ to 170 ℃. Under various conditions, the condensed water can be pressurized and sent back to the boiler room or reused, thereby significantly improving the return water rate and fully utilizing the secondary steam.

If the continuous steam consumption is 1 ton/hour, 1200 tons of steam can be saved annually, and the equipment cost can be recovered in six months. When the liquid level reaches the low point of the controller, the intake valve closes, and then the exhaust valve opens. The pressurized gas is cut off, and the residual gas in the pipe is discharged. The condensed water is affected by gravity and enters the control pipe through the check valve from the water tank. The control system is a fully automatic control system that operates automatically without human supervision.
