2、 Composition of Plant Liquid Spray System
The plant liquid spraying system should be:
① Plant liquid storage box: stores the corresponding plant liquid.
② Plant liquid control distribution cabinet: controls the start and stop of the plant liquid system, including the plant liquid water mixing system, spray power system, and electronic control system.
③ Plant liquid spraying system: spraying pipeline and area, covering the entire spraying area.
④ System supporting pipelines: including water pipelines and electrical pipelines required by the system.
3、 Requirements for self-control of plant liquid spraying system
The self-control system should meet two sets of logical conditions:
1. Daily operation logic (automatic timely spraying):
During the day, from 6:00 to 22:00, spray every half hour for 2 minutes each time to ensure that the odor is suppressed after spraying;
At night, from 22:00 to 6:00, spray once an hour for 2 minutes each time to ensure that the odor is suppressed after spraying.
Note: Avoid excessive humidity indoors, and adjust the frequency and time of spraying according to the actual situation on site
2. Vehicle operation logic (induction spray/local control):
Set up an induction device to immediately activate the sprinkler system (with adjustable spraying time) when the vehicle reaches the spraying area.
Note: The spraying time should ensure that the plant solution covers the surface of the vehicle; The sensing device adopts electronic geomagnetic induction type, which only senses metal and does not sense human body, avoiding false sensing.
3. Plant liquid system reminder alarm:
① Set dosage reminder: When the solution in the plant solution tank is insufficient, there should be feedback on the PLC;
② The control cabinet has a complete set of mature protection logic to ensure operational protection in the event of possible situations such as insufficient water supply/motor overload/insufficient medication, and to provide feedback on corresponding faults on the PLC.
Fully consider the humidity, salinity, and temperature of the site of use, and take into account the materials, equipment, instruments, and chemicals used. Key metal components are made of stainless steel to avoid abnormal operation and failure of the plant liquid system caused by corrosion and deformation of pipeline nozzles and electrical components during operation.
