YUSIN annular high-pressure blower pressure relief valve is a highly adaptable fan inlet and outlet "pressure relief valve" designed and developed by Yuxin Electromechanical Company based on its own high-pressure blower and mainstream blower products in China. Its function is to prevent the fan from experiencing high air pressure due to faults or blockages in the inlet and outlet air vents during normal operation, which can cause significant temperature differences in the fan and lead to a series of problems caused by high temperature in the fan.

Purpose:

The pressure relief valve for high-pressure fans is mainly used to regulate the pressure of the high-pressure fan. The pressure relief valve for high-pressure fans is installed on the outlet or inlet pipeline of the air outlet. The pressure relief valve releases the excess pressure through the air flow, thereby protecting the high-pressure fan.

Working Principle:

The pressure relief valve is installed above the suction and exhaust ports.

1. When the pressure exceeds the set pressure value of the high-pressure fan or the fluctuation amplitude of the pressure inside the high-pressure fan exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve will immediately open completely within 0.2 seconds, releasing the excess pressure through the airflow, thus protecting the high-pressure fan. When the pressure inside the high-pressure fan drops to the safe value, the valve slowly closes without causing a second pressure fluctuation of the high-pressure fan. When the air pressure is greater than the pre-set pressure value of the high-pressure fan, or when the fluctuation amplitude of the pressure value inside the high-pressure fan exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve will instantly open within the time of the layout, releasing the excess pressure through the airflow, which can protect the high-pressure fan.

2. When the pressure inside the high-pressure fan drops to a safe value, the pressure relief valve will slowly close, so as not to cause another pressure fluctuation in the high-pressure fan.

3. Material specification of pressure relief valve for high-pressure fan:

a、 The exterior material is plastic, and the internal structure is steel mesh;

b. The adjustment value of RV-01 series pressure relief valve is 0-300mbar, and the adjustment value of RV-02 series pressure relief valve is 300-600mbar,

c、 According to the application, it can be used for vacuum or pressure.
