Scope of application: Used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, with a wide range of applications. Applied in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, etc. It is especially suitable for fine filtration or sterilization filtration of large quantities of beer, Baijiu, wine, edible oil and other liquid drinks. The working principle and structural characteristics of the plate and frame filter press are that the suspension material is pumped into each sealed filter chamber of the filter press. Under pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter layer and filter cloth, and is discharged through the outlet of the filter cloth. The filter residue remains in the filter frame, thus achieving solid-liquid separation.

3. The red pointer of the pressure gauge is the upper limit rated pressure pointer (the rated pressure is generally 15-18MPa), the green pointer is the lower limit supplementary pressure pointer (generally 3MPa lower than the rated pressure), and the black pointer is the pressure display pointer.

4、 Install the filter cloth, which is made up of two pieces sewn together. Fold the single piece into a roll and thread it through the feeding hole of the filter plate. Then, tie it flat and wrinkle free onto the filter plate.

5、 Start the power supply, and the power indicator light will turn on (before starting up, check if the number of filter plates is insufficient, the filter plates should be parallel to the thrust plate and perpendicular to the main beam, and the filter cloth should be flat and wrinkle free). After confirming that there are no errors, start the compression button, and the compression indicator light will turn on. The motor rotates, and the hydraulic power pushes the compression plate forward. When the compression position is reached, the oil pressure rises, and the black needle of the electric contact pressure gauge rises to the rated pressure (red pointer), the motor automatically shuts down and stops working. The pressure holding indicator light will turn on (if the rated pressure cannot be reached, the high-pressure relief valve can be adjusted clockwise). When the black pointer of the pressure gauge drops to the green pointer, the motor automatically starts to supplement the pressure to the rated pressure and.

6、 The filter press can only be fed when it enters the pressure holding state. At this time, open the feed valve and start the feed pump (the feed pipe must be equipped with a 0-1.6MPa pressure gauge and a reflux valve). The general filtration pressure is between 0.5-0.6MPa. When the filtration pressure is too high, open the reflux valve to control the pressure. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the allowable pressure. Leakage caused by the capillary pores of the filter cloth medium during filtration is normal.

7、 When the filtering pressure reaches the allowable level and the liquid outlet or water nozzle is rarely close to the outlet, the filter chamber is full. At this time, stop the pump, press the return button, and the compression plate starts to retreat. When the compression plate retreats to the limit switch, it automatically stops.

8、 After the return is completed, the automatic pull plate type starts to pick up the plates, and the manual type manually pulls open the filter plates one by one to unload. During unloading, the materials should be cleaned up (especially the residue on the sealing surface of the filter cloth), and the filter plates should be placed neatly and parallel. After unloading, they should be compressed and enter the next filtration cycle.

9、 If it is a diaphragm press type, after the feeding is completed, close the feeding valve and then turn on the secondary pressure pump or air pump. The maximum secondary pressure should not exceed 1.2MPa. Choose the secondary pressure (holding pressure) time according to the material situation, and discharge the secondary pressure medium after meeting the requirements before returning (the secondary pressure medium must be discharged completely when returning).
