Structural composition: Pneumatic centerline butterfly valves are usually composed of valve body, valve cover, valve plate (butterfly plate), valve stem, sealing ring and other components.
Switch type butterfly valve:
Switch control: When the pneumatic actuator applies a gas source signal, the air pressure inside the pneumatic actuator will cause the valve stem to move, which in turn drives the valve plate to rotate, causing the valve to open or close.
Adjustable butterfly valve:
Flow regulation: Regulating butterfly valves can control the rotation angle of the valve plate through pneumatic actuators, thereby adjusting the valve opening and achieving the regulation of fluid flow.
Working principle: The pneumatic actuator adjusts the position of the valve plate according to the control signal, causing the opening of the valve to change accordingly, thereby regulating the flow rate of the fluid.
Sealing performance: Butterfly valves use sealing rings to ensure the sealing performance of the valve, which can effectively prevent fluid leakage in the closed state.
Pneumatic actuator: The pneumatic centerline butterfly valve controls the action of the pneumatic actuator through the air source signal, achieving the function of opening or adjusting the valve.
Control system: Pneumatic centerline butterfly valves are usually connected to the control system, sending signals according to system requirements to control the opening and closing or adjustment of the valves.
