Structure Description: F643XPneumatic blind valveThe external structure is shown in the attached figure. The valve consists of a left valve body, a middle valve body, a right valve body, a fan-shaped blind plate, a screw nut pair, a lever, a stainless steel compensator, a cylinder, etc. It is connected by three threaded rods and fixed on the base to form a rigid structure. The middle valve body and the right valve body are connected by stainless steel expansion tubes, and the left and middle valve bodies are respectively connected by three lead screws with trapezoidal threads on both ends. By rotating the three lead screws in the forward (or reverse) direction at the same time, the left and middle valve bodies are compressed (or separated).

Pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valveOne of the three lead screws is equipped with a blind plate in the middle, which rotates around the axis. The two lead screws below are equipped with blind plate positioning blocks at the same location. When the blind plate rotates, it can prevent the blind plate from drifting and avoid scratching the sealing rubber ring.
Working principle: When loosening or clamping, the cylinder drives the connecting rods to move, thereby driving the three connecting rods to rotate in the forward (or reverse) direction, causing the left and right valve bodies to loosen (or clamp). The other cylinder drives the blind plate to rotate, achieving the transposition action of blind holes and through holes on the blind plate.

When the valve is in the closed state, it can cut off the medium in the pipeline system and is a reliable safety device for cutting off gas medium. This valve is widely used in dust removal and environmental protection facilities for pipeline systems such as gas, flue gas, dusty gas, and air in the metallurgical industry.
