HSQ611N-16PPneumatic highPressure ball valve, also known as pneumatic sleeve ball valve or pneumatic welded ball valve, is equipped with a flexible threaded joint at the connection port. It is versatile and can be threaded or welded to connect pipelines, effectively solving the problem of fixed position installation of ordinary threaded ball valves.
Mainly used in natural gas, oil and water working environments with strong corrosion and weak corrosion, suitable for pressure range between 16MPa-42MPa and working temperature range between minus 20 degrees Celsius and 110 degrees Celsius. The valve is driven by manual high-pressure ball valves, electric actuator high-pressure ball valves, pneumatic actuator high-pressure ball valves, mainly used in hydraulic machinery equipment, natural gas refueling stations, oil extraction, sewage equipment and other pneumatic hydraulic pipeline systems.

(1) Before installation and use, pneumatic ball valves must undergo pre installation inspection and switch operation testing. Only under normal operating conditions can it be installed and used.
(2) The installation of pneumatic ball valves should be as concentric as possible with the pipeline flange and supported for fixation. Do not subject the ball valve to any other external forces to prevent damage to the valve's middle seal and deformation. Causing valve malfunction and damage to the valve, rendering it unusable.
(3) To ensure that the power air source provided by pneumatic ball valves and pneumatic components is clean and free of oil and water as much as possible. The cleanliness should be less than 0.4 microns.
(4) Before connecting to the gas source, it is necessary to clean the gas supply pipeline, gas source interface, switches and other components to prevent malfunctions caused by dirt and mud entering the pneumatic actuator unit due to unclean pipelines.
(5) The connection of pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, positioners, filters, pressure reducing valves, etc. can be made of copper or nylon pipes. To prevent dust and reduce noise, exhaust ports should be equipped with mufflers or noise reducing throttle valves.
(6) After installation, the pneumatic valve should be tested by pressurizing the pneumatic actuator to the rated value, with a pressure of 0.4-0.7 MPa. The pneumatic ball valve should be tested for opening and closing to observe the opening and closing of the valve. It should rotate flexibly without any jamming phenomenon. If there is a blockage in the switch, increase the air pressure and repeatedly switch the valve to make it flexible.
(7) When installing and debugging a switch type pneumatic ball valve, first use a manual device (the manual button on the solenoid valve) for debugging, and after the action is normal, power on for debugging.
(8) Pneumatic ball valves should be regularly maintained and serviced at the valve stem rotation point, and oil should be added once every three months. Regularly drain and discharge water from the pneumatic actuator unit and the air filter used in conjunction with it. Under normal circumstances, it should be inspected once every six months and repaired once a year.
