IIStructural characteristicsThe pneumatic high-temperature butterfly valve consists of a high-temperature butterfly valve body component, a pneumatic actuator, a pneumatic locator, and a triple piece. To avoid dust particles in the pipeline affecting valve sealing, wear or jamming of the valve plate, a blowing pipe is installed at the bottom of the valve body to blow the valve body and ensure the sealing of the valve. Installation and maintenance1. During installation, the gas pipeline should be blown clean with compressed air and the joints should be checked for tightness and reliability.
2. Connect the input standard signal to check the deviation between the starting and ending points of the butterfly valve angle, basic error, dead zone, and mode of action.
