This valve is equipped with one inlet and two outlet ports, and the inlet and outlet angles can be changed arbitrarily. Drive the valve plate to switch back and forth between two discharge ports by rotating the shaft. The piston rod and sealing packing of the pneumatic actuator do not come into direct contact with the medium, greatly extending the service life of the pneumatic actuator. At the same time, the innovative design effectively solves the problem of material leakage at the shaft seal of similar valves. The valve body is made of precision cast steel parts, and the sealing packing is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluororubber seals. The sealing surface between the valve plate and the valve seat is made of wear-resistant hard alloy material or wear-resistant toughened structural ceramic, with a smooth surface and a hardness of up to 60-70HRC. It solves the problem of easy erosion and low service life of the sealing surface due to material erosion. The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of ordinary material valves, bringing ideal use and economic benefits to users, greatly improving the safety and stability of equipment operation. This valve has the characteristics of good switching effect, fast speed, good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no jamming or dust accumulation in the switch, and long service life.

Working Principle:

The pneumatic actuator drives the valve plate to move back and forth between two discharge ports through the shaft and swing arm to complete the switching and conveying of materials. A spiral compression spring is loaded between the valve plate and the sealing surface, and the spring force always keeps the sealing surface of the valve plate in close contact with the sealing ring surface, while allowing the valve plate to move in the vertical direction, thereby helping to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of valve components, and can withstand the impact of any back pressure changes on the seal. It can also prevent granular media from entering between the sealing surfaces. The difference in frictional force between the sealing surface of the valve plate and the sealing ring surface in the tangential direction allows the valve plate to rotate during the opening and closing process, which results in grinding and polishing between the sealing surfaces. All of these features make this valve have an extremely long service life, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.
