The surface smoothness of polyester bag filter material is better for cleaning dust when using fabrics with high air permeability as filter bags than when using fabrics with low air permeability. Therefore, when the filter material achieves high filtration accuracy, it improves the permeability and surface smoothness of the filter material, reduces dust adhesion, and lowers operating resistance.

Polyester bags are made of fine denier polyester fibers, and polyester (polyester) fiber needle punched filter felt is produced using equipment. Multiple fibers can be evenly and quantitatively mixed, and multiple mixing and carding units can be used to facilitate the layering and gradient transformation between different fibers in the fiber web.

Polyester cloth bags not only have the advantages of high porosity, good breathability, dust collection, and long service life unique to ordinary felt filter fabrics, but also have excellent properties due to their moderate temperature resistance, reaching up to 150 ℃ in an instant, and moderate acid and alkali resistance. Therefore, they are a widely used variety of felt filter materials.
