3. Product Introduction:
The HRDL-7100 positive pressure explosion-proof heat tracing extraction laser gas analysis system is a product specially developed by our company for online monitoring of explosion-proof environmental gases. It can be used in complex working conditions such as high temperature, high dust, and high humidity, and can achieve ppm level trace H analysis2S. The real-time online measurement and analysis system for gases such as HCL, O2, HF, CH4, etc. consists of sampling probes, sampling control units, laser gas analyzers, analysis cabinets, sample recovery and exhaust systems, and related facilities. Using TDLAS technology (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the laser emits a specific wavelength beam, which enters the gas chamber and is absorbed by the gas to be measured. The emitted light enters the detector, which sends the signal back to the circuit board for calculation. This analysis system has high sensitivity, fast response speed, and is not affected by background gas interference, providing a reliable guarantee for real-time and accurate reflection of trace changes in the gas to be measured.
High precision: The optical path length can reach 30 meters, greatly improving measurement accuracy and lower measurement limit
Drift free: The spectral peak tracking algorithm performs real-time correction in each cycle of concentration calculation to avoid wavelength drift
Adapt to harsh working conditions: high-temperature extraction pretreatment, full process high-temperature heat tracing without cold spots, not affected by harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, high dust, and flue vibration of flue gas;
Measurement is more representative: achieving multi-point sampling, grid sampling, multi-channel sampling and multi-point alternating measurement, multi-point mixed measurement, multi-channel simultaneous measurement, grid measurement
