Applicable media include water, oil, steam, etc. The valve chamber of the check valve in Guanhuan Power Station adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements for connecting pipes.
1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI B16.34 and E101 standards, and can be used in conjunction with imported equipment.
2. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.
3. The two ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements for connecting pipes.
4. The high-temperature and pressure resistant components of the valve are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, which has good high-temperature performance, high pressure resistance, durability, safety, and reliability.
5. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, has good abrasion resistance, and has a long service life.
6. The valve disc rotates around the pin axis outside the valve seat to reduce violent impact during closure.
7. The built-in pin shaft structure reduces external leakage points, making it more reliable to use.
