Product Features
1. The hydraulic model selected for the pump adopts CFD optimization design, and the flow components are all molded with resin sand, ensuring accurate casting shape and channel size, smooth surface, improving the hydraulic efficiency of the pump, and enhancing the cavitation performance of the pump;
2. The motor adopts an ultra efficient three-phase asynchronous motor electromagnetic model and eliminates the wind friction loss of the motor fan, which is 1% to 3% higher than the efficiency of ordinary YE3.
3. Using finite element analysis method for strength calculation makes the pump operation more reliable and durable, extending the service life of the pump;
4. The pump and motor are designed in an integrated manner, using an efficient internal circulation water-cooled motor structure scheme. The pump and motor adopt a coaxial structure to ensure that the pump is efficient and energy-saving; .
5. The outer surface of the motor is decorated with polished stainless steel pipes, and the junction box is arranged on the top of the motor. The motor cooling adopts an internal circulation form without an external circulation pipe, with a small volume and a building block structure. The number of parts is small, greatly achieving the miniaturization of the equipment;
6. The motor adopts self conveying medium circulation liquid cooling instead of fan cooling, which ensures smooth operation and low vibration noise;

The production process involves cyclic pressurization and conveying, and is suitable for supporting various water supply and drainage equipment.
1. The main component castings are molded with resin sand, with a smooth surface. The parts are processed using CNC machining technology, and 3D inspection technology is used to ensure the conformity of form and position tolerances. Module theory and virtual technology are applied to improve the reliability of the product, and finally the product is verified through a testing system.
2. Selecting an ultra efficient three-phase asynchronous motor electromagnetic model and eliminating wind and friction losses of the motor fan, the efficiency index meets the energy efficiency standards of GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Small and Medium sized Three phase Asynchronous Motors", which is 1% to 3% higher than the efficiency of ordinary YE3.
3. The motor rotor is first subjected to G1.0 level dynamic balancing separately, and then all rotating components including impellers, bearings, and the motor rotor are subjected to G2.5 level dynamic balancing as a whole to further reduce vibration and noise and ensure smooth operation.
4. Each model of pump is adjusted through an automatic balancing structure and axial thrust testing system to keep the rotor in a suspended state during operation, reducing the axial force on the bearings.
5. After adopting an internal circulation water-cooled motor, one of the main noise sources of the water pump, the motor cooling fan, was eliminated. At the same time, all rotating parts such as the rotor and bearings were filled with liquid on the periphery, and the sound generated was further reduced by the liquid barrier.
6. This series of products is independently developed and manufactured by the company, with a wide high-efficiency zone and high efficiency. Compared with GB/T13007 "Centrifugal Pump Efficiency", the overall efficiency has increased by 3-8%.
