Product Details

Fiberglass cable bracket, composite cable bracket, embedded cable bracket, screw type cable bracket, composite cable bracket, etc. High strength, good toughness, corrosion resistance, high insulation performance, and good flame retardancy.
Cables are laid in cable trenches and tunnels, and are generally fixed using brackets. The commonly used brackets include angle steel brackets and prefabricated brackets. There are 7 different models and specifications of angle steel brackets used in cable trenches. The vertical distance between support layers is 300mm for installing 35kV cables; 120mm is used for installing control cables.
Basic performance:
1. High strength and good designability
Continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite materials are mainly composed of glass fibers for reinforcement and thermosetting resins for bonding and load transmission. The tensile strength of glass fiber is very high (3450mpa), and its content, length, and laying form determine the strength of the support product. The strength of thermosetting glass fiber reinforced composite materials can range from 30-1000MPa. Therefore, we design the amount, length, and laying form of glass fiber based on the product's stress situation, output, production process, and price affordability.
2. Non creep
The rigidity of the continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite stent is twice that of the fiber-reinforced nylon stent produced by a certain company in the United States. Even under long-term load, it will not deform and will not tilt downwards like the metal cable brackets used in some domestic city subways.
3. Fire prevention
The oxygen index is an important detection method for evaluating cable ignition products. The oxygen index refers to the fire resistance of fire-resistant products under maximum oxygen conditions. The use in engineering should be determined based on the combustion intensity. For example, under the condition of 30 cables, if a cable ignition accident occurs, a high temperature heat accumulation of over 500 degrees Celsius can be formed within 4 minutes, resulting in the extension of the cable along the direction. The more cables there are in densely packed areas, the greater the mass of combustible materials. When there are 30 cables, the combustible mass per unit length is 20.5kg/m. Now, based on 300 cables, the combustible mass per unit length is 158kg/m. Calculated according to the maximum possible combustion intensity, the oxygen index should not be less than 65%. We believe that setting the oxygen index at 70% in the product fire prevention standard is more appropriate.
According to the usage requirements, the oxygen index of the composite cable bracket we developed is greater than or equal to 70%. Meets the safety requirements of fire prevention, low smoke, halogen-free, and non-toxic. The fire resistance performance is higher than the technical specifications for fiberglass plastic cable trays for underground railways in Taiwan (with an oxygen index of 52%), and much higher than the reinforced thermoplastic brackets of a certain company in the United States. This indicator is no less than the fire resistance standard for composite materials used in new vehicles of the Hong Kong subway, which has been certified by BS in the United Kingdom.
4. Corrosion resistance
Continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite material supports are corrosion-resistant, especially suitable for use in humid, salt spray, acidic, and weak alkaline environments.
5. Electrical insulation
The insulation performance can be adjusted according to usage requirements.
a) Electrical insulation type, with insulation resistance greater than 1000G Ω;
b) Antistatic type, with a surface resistance of less than 10G Ω.
6. Easy to use
By embedding and installing the product directly into the wall, the positioning is accurate and firm, and the construction is very convenient.
