Structural characteristics
1. Industrial centrifugal dewatering machines are all equipped with a three legged suspended pendulum structure, which can effectively reduce the foot vibration caused by the unbalanced load inside the hub during operation.
2. The shell and top cover are made of stainless steel, the cage base and chassis are made of cast iron material, and the water outlet pipe is located below the chassis.
3. The spindle is made of steel that has undergone heat treatment and precision machining.
4. The transmission part adopts triangular tape transmission, and the centrifugal starting wheel is directly driven by the motor, which can slowly start the machine and gradually reach the design speed to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
5. There is a brake opening and closing arm inside the machine, which has good braking performance and can quickly stop the machine.

Operation method

1: Place the materials that need to be dehydrated evenly and smoothly into the soy sauce, paying attention to balance, evenness, and overloading.

2: Start upelectric machineryAfter about 90 seconds, the machine reached normal operation and the water outlet pipe began to release a large amount of water.

3: The machine runs for about 6-8 minutes, and there is basically no water flowing out of the water outlet pipe. The power can be cut off. After 1-2 minutes, slowly brake the opening and closing arms in several times, and the machine stops running.

4: Never put materials into the machine during operation to prevent the high-speed rotating drum from throwing materials out and injuring people and objects.
