Printing and dyeing wastewater sludge is classified into two categories based on its main components: organic sludge and inorganic sludge. Biological sludge is organic sludge, which is mainly composed of organic matter. The main organic sludge is residual biological sludge, as well as sludge formed by solid organic matter precipitation in oil sludge and wastewater. The characteristics of organic sludge are high organic matter content, easy to decompose and emit odor, small sludge particles, often in a flocculent state, low relative density, high moisture content, strong water holding capacity, and not easy to sink. Inorganic sludge, also known as sludge, is a type of sludge produced by chemical treatment methods, such as coagulation sedimentation and chemical sedimentation. The characteristics of inorganic sludge include high relative density, large particle size, easy sedimentation, compaction, and dewatering, poor particle water holding capacity, low moisture content, good sludge stability, no decay, and poor fluidity.

Printing and dyeing sludge dryer - divided into hot air type and conductive type. The hot air type involves the contact and drying of the material being dried through a heat carrier (such as hot air). In the conductive type, the heat carrier does not directly contact the material being dried, but rather the hot surface comes into contact with the material. The advantages of conductive type are that the material is not easily contaminated, the exhaust volume is small, the thermal efficiency is high, the volume is relatively small, which is conducive to saving energy and preventing air pollution.
The characteristics of the printing and dyeing sludge dryer are as follows:
1. The equipment is compact, occupies a small area, has a high thermal conductivity coefficient, and has good thermal efficiency, generally reaching 80% to 90%, making it an energy-saving and low consumption device.

5. One machine is versatile and can be used for process operations such as drying, cooling, gas recovery, reaction, heating (pre sterilization), etc.
