1. The submersible sewage pump adopts a liquid level automatic control device for automatic control. In addition to float type liquid level switches, if the sewage does not contain or only contains a small amount of suspended impurities, input pressure sensors and supporting secondary instruments can also be used for automatic liquid level control devices. The automatic liquid level control device installed in the sewage tank (collection well) should be as far away from the inlet as possible.
2. A lifting hook should be pre embedded on the floor or beam above the maintenance hole of an indoor sewage tank (collection well) with a single submersible sewage pump weight greater than 80kg, for lifting the submersible sewage pump during installation and maintenance.
3. According to the current regulations of the "Code", except for the use of fabric reinforced rubber hoses for mobile installation hose connections, the discharge pipe materials for submersible sewage pumps can use hard plastic water supply pipes, centrifugally cast ductile iron water supply pipes, steel pipes, steel plastic composite pipes, etc. The pressure bearing capacity of pipes and fittings should not be less than 0.6MPa.
4. The installation method of submersible sewage pumps used for building fire elevator collection pits should adopt two fixed hard pipe connections or two fixed self coupling types, and the effective volume of the collection pit should not be less than 2.0m3, and the rated flow rate of the submersible sewage pump should not be less than 36m3/h.
5. Control valves, check valves, flexible rubber pipe joints, and pressure gauges should be installed on the discharge pipeline of submersible sewage pumps.
