Product Introduction: HSAF80R36U4PY Three Screw Pump
The HSA series three screw pump is a product specially designed and developed by our company based on market demand, which has high efficiency, low noise, wide application, and long service life. This series of products has a simple structure and can meet the requirements of the original three screw pump while also meeting the conditions of high speed and low viscosity working conditions. It is an ideal replacement for existing products. The product is designed and produced according to GB/T108-2002.


1、 Structural characteristics-Product Introduction HSA Series Three Screw Pump
1. The HSA series three screw pump consists of a special shaped helical surface and is a type of positive displacement pump. During operation, the active screw rotates under the drive of the prime mover, and its sealed chamber sucks in liquid from the inlet and continuously delivers it to the outlet along the axial direction without pulsation. Throughout the entire conveying process, due to the unchanged volume of the sealed chamber, the medium being conveyed is not compressed, resulting in smooth operation, low noise, minimal vibration, and stable flow rate of the pump;
2. The main and driven screws adopt axial low-pressure balance. The main and driven screws are in a tensile state during operation, so the screws are not easily deformed; The driven screw is rotated by hydraulic pressure, and there is no contact between the main and driven screws, so the screw has no wear;
3. Adopting innovative structural design, simplifying the overall design while meeting performance requirements, with a simple and compact structure;
4. The pump body adopts a double-layer composite design of outer aluminum and inner copper, using copper material as the friction material to improve wear resistance and bite resistance, enhance product performance, extend service life, and expand the product's range of use;
5. Innovatively design the casting process of the pump body, and use precision casting and pressure casting methods to achieve copper aluminum composite casting of the pump body based on the difference in melting points between copper and aluminum, meeting the design requirements;
6. Using positioning blocks to locate the main shaft bearings, and simultaneously machining the pump body hole and the positioning block fixing hole, improves the reliability of positioning and operational stability, while extending the product's service life;
7. The installation form can be changed according to the user's requirements in the design, and can be arranged arbitrarily every 90 ° rotation angle in the inlet and outlet directions, which improves the applicability of the pump unit and is more in line with the user's use;
8. Adopting a dual oil seal design of mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal to reduce oil leakage rate and ensure the normal use and stable operation of the product;
9. Due to the simplified design of the structure, it is extremely convenient for installation, disassembly, and maintenance.

4、 Selection steps and precautions-
1. Firstly, it is necessary to accurately understand the actual working parameters of the pump, such as pressure, flow rate, working temperature of the medium, viscosity of the medium at working temperature, lubricity and corrosiveness of the medium, etc;
2. Based on the viscosity of the medium at the working temperature, the pump speed is initially selected. Generally, the viscosity is less than 300mm2/s, and n=1450r/min is more suitable. When the viscosity is greater than 300mm2/s, please carefully consider the necessary cavitation allowance of the pump to avoid vibration;
3. Preliminary selection of pump specifications based on required flow rate, pressure, and other parameters from the pump performance table;
4. From the necessary cavitation table of the pump, determine the required NPSHr value of the pump based on its specifications, speed, and viscosity;
5. If the required NPSHr value of the pump is less than the NPSHa value of the pipeline device, then the pump selection is correct; If the required NPSHr value of the pump is greater than the NPSHa value of the pipeline device, a larger pump should be selected or the speed should be reduced, and the NPSHr value should be recalibrated.
NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K (in general, the safety margin K is taken as 0.3-0.5m)
6. After selecting the specifications of the pump, check the flow rate and shaft power N1 of this specification pump under working pressure △ P from the table at the corresponding viscosity. Choose the motor power N2, N2 ≥ K • N1.

7. After the user selects the pump, the basic construction design is carried out based on the specifications of the pump and the matching dimensions of the motor unit. The inlet and outlet pipelines must match the inlet and outlet of the pump.
