Spray air bag
The spray air bag is designed as a circular open cylinder structure, with a diameter of Ø 325mm or Ø 425. Generally, the pressure drop inside the air bag after pulse injection does not exceed 20% of the original storage pressure. The inlet pipe diameter of the airbag is DN65 to meet the requirements of air supply speed. Install a drain valve at the bottom of each airbag to periodically discharge the debris and impurities from the container outward. The spray bag is equipped with a safety valve to ensure safe operation. And equipped with a ground pressure gauge to timely regulate the pressure of the spray bag. Connect the spray bag and gas storage tank with a connecting pipe. After processing and production, the gas bag is continuously sprayed with compressed air to clean the internal welding slag. Only after ensuring that the inside of the gas bag is clean and dry can valves, pulse valves, etc. be installed. Install matching rain covers on pulse valves, gas storage tanks, etc. to prevent electromagnetic valves from being exposed to rain and moisture.
