YD-16JD series pulse injection control instrument
The pulse controller is a secondary control assembly for spraying and cleaning dust in the pulse (single machine) bag filter (Tianjin bag filter). Its output signal controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to terminate the cycle of filter bag cleaning, in order to improve the dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. The pulse interval, pulse width, output bit number, and pulse period interval of this product are adjustable. Data can be flashed on a digital display tube, and the output bit number can be extended based on demand termination. It has two control modes: timing control and pressure difference control. This product is versatile and can replace PLCs. It is suitable for controlling various types of single machine bag filters with full pulse valve control. Output channels: 3-200 channels, with each channel controlling a pulse valve.

Its output signal controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to terminate the cycle of dust cleaning for the filter bag, in order to ensure the punishment and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. The pulse interval, pulse width, output bit number, and pulse period interval of this product are adjustable. Data can be flashed on a digital display tube, and the output bit number can be extended based on demand termination. It has two control methods: timing control and pressure difference control. Applicability: One sided substitute for PLC, suitable for controlling various types
