The Q347 eccentric hemispherical valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, eccentric sphere, and valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers on a common trajectory and becomes tighter during the closing process, achieving a good sealing effect. The ball and seat of the valve are completely detached, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of continuous wear between the traditional ball seat and ball sealing surface. Non metallic elastic materials are embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. This product is particularly suitable for media such as steel industry, aluminum industry, fibers, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas, etc.
1. Its structure adopts the principle of eccentric clamping to achieve the purpose of locking, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring hard surface contact seal. The double eccentric structure has a large flow cross-section when the valve core is located in the ball storage chamber during opening, and the valve core is not flushed when closing. When opening, the spherical surface of the valve core gradually moves along the valve seat, effectively removing scaling obstacles and achieving reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for mixed flow transportation of solids that are prone to scaling and precipitation in two-phase mixed flow
2. The hemisphere of the valve is made of bimetallic material, and different alloys are welded onto the base metal. The valve seat is also welded with corresponding special treatment, and the sealing surface is composed of various types such as anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and high-strength to meet the needs of different occasions
3. Sealed tightly and capable of delivering harmful gases with zero leakage
4. The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount, and when the valve wears out, it can rotate slightly when closed, ensuring reliable sealing and extending its service life. In addition, the user can unscrew the compression nut, adjust or replace it, and the valve seat can still be used, avoiding the disadvantage of the entire machine being scrapped after the valve seal fails
The selection of bimetallic sealing pairs with different alloys (or combination balls) for welding can be used for working conditions that require wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and strict sealing
1. Universal valve: specification and model DN40-1600. Suitable for occasions with strict requirements such as sewage treatment, pulp, urban heating, etc
2. Oil chemical special valve: specification DN40-1600. Suitable for various types of oil products such as crude oil and heavy oil, as well as weakly corrosive and two-phase mixed media in the chemical industry
3. Gas specific valve: specification DN40-1600. Suitable for transportation control of coal gas, natural gas, and liquefied gas
4. Slurry specific valve: specification DN40-1600. Suitable for industrial pipeline transportation in liquid and solid two-phase mixed flow or liquid transportation where chemical reactions result in crystal precipitation or scaling
5. Coal powder ash special valve: specification DN40-1600. Suitable for control of power plants, hydraulic slag removal, or gas transmission pipelines
