Q41F PN16~PN63 floating soft seal ball valves are used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN63, JIS10K~JIS20K, for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines. Different materials are selected and can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.

1. Among various valves, ball valves have the lowest flow resistance. When a full diameter ball valve is opened, the ball passage, valve body passage, and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form one diameter, allowing the medium to flow almost without loss

2. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90 degrees, with quick opening and closing. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specifications, ball valves have a smaller volume and lighter weight, making them easier to install in pipelines.
